This Sunday presents john Smith, along with Siska Schoeters, a new edition of the Radio 2 summer Hit. The Story had a chat with the presenter, as well as during the interview, said john Smith as to why he’s never been in the history of the Radio 2 summer Hit, with the award of the awards it got. “Why, I never got that trophy, and won? I have an alternative”, we read on the front page of the Story.
“In another universe, we were just like Belle Perez, five years in a row, the Hit could have won it, but with The Radios, we had a lot in the summer to perform in a far away foreign country. And that’s just one of the elements that are in the to Hit rules, the potential winner shall be required to be present on the evening of the awards ceremony,” says john Smith, in the weekly newspaper.
