Wendy van Dijk has a legal case won on its bankruptcy declared, fitnessonderneming DISQ. Van Dijk opened the case to Robbert Boekema, with the ex-partner of the show.
Van Dijks ‘ former business partner, had a remaining stock of the company, to 40,000 dollars, was sold, without any Of the Dijks approval. All the while, the stock has a value of 3 million euro.
The court has now decided that valuable inventory of equipment is to be returned. In addition, Boekema, is not a competitive activity to develop.
