The managers of the top clubs in the Premier League will find it is not a good thing for the CAS to have the sanction of the post for Manchester City and has turned back. The department of foreign affairs’ may, therefore, over the next two years playing in the European tournaments.
The City appealed to the CAS and the international sporttribunaal ruled on Monday that the current number one of the uk’s Financial Fair Play rules, which stipulate that a club may not have more money to spend than there is coming in, not broken.
“The decision of the CAS has been there. If you are innocent, you know, you don’t have to be punished. However, if you do that, you just need to be in a suspended state. This is just a disaster,” was the clear message from the Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho in his press conference.
