One of the Lions was present in the donorprogramma D,e, 100 different to look at donorcodicil. The presenter has, since then, going to his eyes, to make it available for a donation, he said Monday to The Telegraph.
“What I do remember is that I had filled out, the eyes excepted, I thought that was just a really scary idea,” says Van Leeuwen in his own donorcodicil. “Until I get to 100 to have a conversation with a woman who is waiting for a transplant. Then you realize that they really needed it.”
Van’s recommends people to visit the web site of the Donorregister to visit and have a look at how they are registered. “So do I, for example, in the eyes of a register. I hope that all of you make an informed choice.”
