The Red Bull Ring, the raised kerbstones removed from the Grand Prix in Austria. The Formula 1 teams didn’t have last year’s strong criticism of the obstacles in front of a lot of damage caused to the car.
The ten-inch-high kerbstones, which, due to their color and shape, and were re-named to the “worstenkerbs’, to prevent that drivers are not stopping on the track to the limits, and deliberately widely, and went on to have more speed to be able to take it coming out of turn 9, and 10.
“We have a very good contact with the FIA and the race director. In turns 9 and 10, the sausage kerbs now,” says top advisor, Helmut Marko, Red Bull Racing, with the news on Wednesday compared to Speedweek.
