Schalke 04 is in for big changes. One day, after the departure of the chairman, Clemens Tönnies, the directorate on Wednesday, the full responsibility for the tragic situation at the Bundesliga club.
“Today marks a turning point in the history of Schalke 04,” said director of marketing Alexander Jobst, at a press conference. “We are not in the present situation to continue. In the past few months, there is a very poor representation of the Schalke 04. We have made great mistakes and have to apologize.”
The seven times German champion got in the last few years, more and more, in a state of disrepair. Last season was the low point because the team has won in the last sixteen of the championship not just once, six draws and ten defeats, and put on it the worst series in the bottom of the clubhistorie.
