The next world CHAMPIONSHIPS, women’s football has been over for three years, in Australia and New Zealand. Of the 35 members of the FIFA executive, gave a joint bid by the two countries, the preference to the bid of the country.
New Zealand and Australia, received 22 votes, and Colombia, was 13. It was striking that all of the European members of the FIFA executive for the Columbia gang.
New Zealand and Australia, have not yet seen a major FIFA tournament. It will also be the first time that a major football tournament being completed in two of the countries that do not belong to the same federation.
