Joel Schumacher is at the age of 80 and died of cancer. The American film director was mainly in the eighties and nineties, is responsible for some of the blockbuster movies such as St. Elmo’s Fire, A Time To Kill ” and “The Lost Boys”.
Schumacher would also have two Batman movies with Val Kilmer in the lead role in directing, and is in the twilight of his career, it would be the movie director on the small screen, scoring points by a few episodes of the Netflix hit “House of Cards” to be found.
Variety reports that the 80-year-old director died of cancer.
