Katy Perry believes it is important for people to talk about their mental health problems. The singer, who herself is struggling with depression, you could do that when she was growing up and was very happy that she is now with friends and her boyfriend Orlando Bloom, it can be.
“There are a lot of ways of dealing with depression and anxiety to deal with it. But, sometimes, I forget that the options that are out there, or I’m too depressed to think about it. Happy to help in meditation and talking with friends a lot. It is very important that it is no longer a taboo subject,” said Perry, in a conversation with an American radio station.
Perry (35), which has, in the past, medication for her depression, to be able to deal with it. “Then I don’t know if I’d be the next day, still alive, but it got better still, with a smile on your face, and played with them. I’m happy through that I really have to thank my family in Orlando, and any other assistance.”
