UEFA recommends that the national federations no later than October 5, as the last day of the transfer. A day later, on the 6th of October, in the last minute to allow players to opt-in to the season.

Normally, the deadline for the summer transfer in most of the countries on the 1st of september, but due to the coronacrisis is the fact that this year, things are different.

The hoofdtoernooien of the uefa Champions League and Europa League will start on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of October, and that gives you the space to make the transfer a lot longer to go through. It is up to the unions whether they will heed the advice of the post.
