The Dutch fa (KNVB) has officially been given permission by the FIFA to be the transfer market this summer and a lot longer to open. In Italy the close of the market on the 5th of October.
In English football this summer with two transferperiodes be used. The first one is from the 1st of July until the 21st of July, and the second one, the data has not been established.
In the second period of nine weeks, and in the transfer market, not before Tuesday, september 22nd, will be closed. Normally, to close the transfer market on the last business day of the month of August.
