Daniel Radcliffe has a reaction to the statements of Harry Potterauthor J. K. Rowling is said to be hoping that the fans are no different to the stories looking. The author tweeted this weekend that a discussion on gender identity, the notion of a biologically determined sex to take it.
“I am aware that some of the media will drop it like a fight between me and J. K. Rowling, but that’s not the case,” explains Radcliffe, on the website of The Trevor Project, a U.s.-based organization which advocates for the rights of the lhbti’s. “Jo is definitely responsible for the way my life looks right now, but as a human being I feel obligated to respond to them.”
The actor, who was in the Harry Pottermovies, the title role will be played, insisting that both he and Rowling are not an expert in the field of gendertheorie it is. “However, it is clear that we need to do more for transgender and non-binary people to support it. We will have to show their identity does not diminish.”
