The international court of justice of the sportarbitrage (CAS) is a Monday, it started to work on the case of Manchester City, the CHAMPIONS have brought in. The English club appealed against its exclusion from two seasons of European football, which had been imposed due to breach of the Financial Fair Play rules (FFP).
Attorneys for the City will be open Monday through Wednesday via a video-conference interview with a swiss-resident CAS. That’s going to be confidential, and the video is for “outsiders” to consider. Probably will be in the CAS over the two-month rule.
In February, the City, through the union, for two years, barred from European competitions for breaching the FFP rules. Keep it short in clubs for a year and more money to spend than you earn, in order to become competitievervalsing to go.
