Pierre the Wind is going to be trekdrop to go after Bonbon and in may announced that it was stopping the manufacture of candy. The chef feels that “the range of Dutch products,” may not disappear.
“I’m going to make sure that people will still be able to get it,” says the Wind, in a conversation with the AD.
“That’s trekdrop is not going to disappear: and that is my goal. This is vintage made in the Netherlands, we are not allowed to miss it.”
