Paul Verhaegh has to end his career, he placed in it. The 36-year-old defender announced last week, is already likely to have to stop and cut off that knot on Tuesday.
“It just feels really weird, still have a little bit. Therefore, I never talked out of that, I finally got to stop,” says Verhaegh on Wednesday at FOX Sports. “It’s not the end of it that I have in mind, but in the end, it’s just fine. I am very happy with the career I’ve had to take a look at many of the good times to return.”
Verhaegh, who, in this past Friday’s “99 percent sure” that he would have to stop playing last season for FC Twente. Due to continuing injuries came to the defender’s only eight official matches for the tukkers. His last match was on the 7th of march, when he was a substitute player to join at Short.
