Alfred Schreuder took Melayro Bogarde on Saturday, the youngest of the Dutch debutant ever in the Bundesliga. The coach at Hoffenheim and has high hopes for the nephew of former international Winston Bogarde.
“Defensively, he can still do the steps, but in a proactive and constructive Melayro to be very strong. It was good, but he’s a lot better,” said Schreuder, following the 0-1 victory at FSV Mainz at FOX Sports.
