“Thousands of people directly or indirectly earn their livelihood in professional football, while millions of people go to the games to watch and the € 1.3 billion it contributes to GDP,” said a spokesman for the Dutch fa (KNVB) on Saturday in a meeting with NU.nl.
“We are very concerned about the industry’s professional soccer. This is taken care of, we and others have expressed. We have to work, of course, to have a plan, and that we minister to From the Rhine and would like to talk about.”
