Virgil van Dijk is hoping that Liverpool sometime in the next few months, his first title since 1990, to be able to celebrate at a sold-out Anfield.
“I hate it for our fans and we have a champion in an empty stadium,” says Van Dyke, on Sunday in the British media. “No one wants to be playing matches without the fans.”
Liverpool were well on their way to a first title in more than thirty years as the team’s coach, Jürgen Klopp did it with only nine matches to play, a lead of 25 points on the track, Manchster City.
