Iker Casillas has set Monday, it will officially be a candidate for the presidency of the Spanish football federation RFEF. The history of the legendary goalkeeper looks like this finally come to an end.
Spanish media reported that a few weeks ago that it looked as if barcelona is the new chairman of the football association wants it to be. The 38-year-old goalkeeper from FC Porto to confirm his candidacy, and now also through social media.
“Yes, yes, I will at the next election as a candidate for the presidency,” writes the Match on Monday on Twitter. “I’m the president of FC Porto, and will be informed of this decision. I can only be very, very grateful.”
