Piet Velthuizen to play for the rest of the season for Telstar. The 33-year-old goalkeeper, a single international for the Netherlands national team, was without a club after his contract with AZ, last summer, to be discussed.
“It’s great to be back on the pitch. It feels really good. I see a lot of young people, and I am very happy to be here. It was a hot club,” says Velthuizen, on Monday, for the first time, meetrainde with Telstar, by the North Holland daily Newspaper.
Velthuizen was true in the past as well as a great talent. He made his debut in 2006 on behalf of Sprint, in professional football came in 2009, for the first time for Orange, with a 3-0 won, some players in Enschede, the netherlands and Japan.
