The owners of the Studio’s 100 – Hans Bourlon, Gert Verhulst, and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity was on the search for a fourth shareholder, the long-term growth plan, the company is able to support. By Vic Swerts in 3d and investors takes the Studio 100 are two of the famous Flemish long-term investors on board who have a strong belief in the growth strategy of the company, and the business acumen of the management team.
From the perspective of their own experience in building international businesses, both investors will be pleased with their shoulders to be able to support the continued growth of the Studio 100. Just like Soudal, it was also the Studio of 100 in the past, already been named ‘Company of the Year’.
