Xavi dreams have always loved to ever be a coach of FC Barcelona to be. The former player of the club was, however, too early to be this week’s sacked Ernesto Valverde to do the same.
“It is true that I have an offer, I have been a trainer of the city to be in,” said Xavi on Thursday at a press conference at Al Sadd. The coach of the club from Qatar, is preparing for the cup final at Al Duhail.
Barcelona’s directors, Éric Abidal, and Óscar Grau brought out recently in a visit to Qatar to take up with Xavi to discuss. The club argued, however, is the relatively unknown, Quique Setién in. The right-back has signed a contract until 2022, with a clause for a possible departure in 2021 as a ‘He’ presidential-like.
