During the christmas holidays, leaves, Jeroen Meus, his familiar kitchen in Leuven, belgium to pick up his bags and heading towards Austria for a day to day winterkost. He described, among other things, to the goulash soup, the traditional Austrian dessert Kaiserschmarrn, and, of course, it can be a perenstrudel with vanilla sauce, and a delicious cheese fondue should not be missed.
