A judge in New York city, with the request of Harvey Weinstein, rejected the two charges as well, to reject, prior to the trial of a former Hollywood producer, in January. That reports Reuters.
Weinstein found that the alleged rape for which he was charged to be a long time ago, it would have had to have been made in order to serve as a aggravating burden. There it was, the court is unable to give. That is rejected to the claims of Weinstein that the lawsuits have had to be declared null and void because he was not previously aware of the alleged rape.
The decision Wednesday by the court, is to be released, it is a victory for prosecutors, who Weinstein have been accused of five violent crimes including rape. The lawyers of Weinstein declined to comment.
