Sat night was Michelin, and the list of the best Belgian restaurants are well-known. Just like in the previous years, the Hof Van Cleve by Peter Goossens, the one and only restaurant with three-star rating. Peter Goossens, the three-star rating, the highest award, the chief, day and night, at work, at a restaurant on the top level.
Hof Van Cleve has had in the last 15 years, the three-star, but for the entire team, from the driesterrenzaak it each and every day to fight for the stars and to preserve it. So does the chef, not so much for the Michelin’s, but for those of you more and more every time into the project.
