Hans-Dieter Flick is, at least until the winter break, the coach of Bayern Munich. The chances are even that the interim coach in the second half of the season at the helm of the defending national champions.
Chairman of the board Karl-Heinz Rummenigge made it last week and already known to Play “until further notice” to continue with the Flick, that had been after the resignation of Niko Kovac in the beginning of november. It was, however, unclear as to what time it was, but that has now changed.
“We don’t want to open the question, or Flick to the next match, our head coach will be,” said Rummenigge on Friday at the annual general meeting of members of the Bavarian. “That’s why I will tell you right now that he has, at least for Christmas, maybe even for longer stays.”
