Tom Egbers on heart attack: ‘I felt uncomfortable in the hospital

DUTCH presenter Tom Egbers, who, at the end of July, was struck by a heart attack, the severity of the situation, in the first instance itself, not through it. That is, he tells, on Friday, in an interview with the Dutch newspaper NRC.
“My wife, Janke, and I’m sitting on a Greek island, the 61-year-old Egbers in his story. “We had a wonderful evening of behind-the-back by a Greek family. Lovely people, beautiful light, beautiful piece of music. The next day, I felt a touch high up in my stomach. I thought at first that it is due to the heavy-duty tables, and then the pain the next morning it was returned and I look and saw, according to Janke, we made it to the hospital and operated.”
Egbers says that he’s got a moderately-equipped with a small hospital, where refugees line up to wait for that. “I felt so uncomfortable that I voordrong, but soon found out how serious the company was. “You have a heart attack, mister!’ yelled the doctor. I was getrombolyseerd, after consultation with the doctors in the Netherlands and in Greece it followed suit. A bit annoying that plane, I went to Athens to be transported, along with Janke. There, a stent was placed, and while I was on a monitor meekeek, and the surgeons are complimented with their good work. Six days later, I was allowed to go home.”
