The Public Prosecutor’s office (OM) in Switzerland, on Tuesday, Horst Rudolf Schmidt, Theo Zwanziger and Wolfgang Niersbach formally charged. The former director of the German football association (DFB) have been suspected of fraud surrounding the allocation of the 2006 world cup.
