Newcastle United on Wednesday, Steve Bruce was appointed manager. The experienced Englishman, is the successor to Rafael Benítez last month, three years after he left the Premier League club.

The 58-year-old Bruce has signed a contract for three years on the Pc. James’s Park. The former defender of Manchester United, had, since the beginning of February, Sheffield Wednesday, under his wing in the second English level.

Previously, it was Bruce’s trainer, subsequently, of Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town, Wigan Athletic, Crystal Palace, Birmingham City and, again, Wigan, Sunderland, Hull City and Aston Villa.
