Amnesty International condemns the imprisonment of Murtaja Qureiris in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to meet. He faced the death penalty as a ten-year-old took part in the protests against the government.
At the age of thirteen, he was arrested, according to Amnesty International, he was the youngest political prisoner in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia at that time.
Qureiris’ve been with since the age of thirteen in the pretrial awaiting trial. He was arrested when he was with his family, was on his way to the kingdom of Bahrain, and will be prosecuted for participating in protests in 2001, the throwing of molotov cocktails at a police station, and is a member of a “terrorist organisation”. Amnesty International calls on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to get rid of the death penalty.
Amnesty International reports that Qureiris is only known because he’s been tortured and was put in jail. The regime would have to wait until he reached the age of majority, it was for him to be executed.
The brother and father of the Qureiris according to activists, was arrested, and Qureiris in itself would be a minimum of 1 year and three months of his sentence in solitary confinement spent.
