Elise Mertens (WTA 20) has placed for the third round of Roland Garros. Our compatriot was Wednesday a few classes too strong for the barely 16-year-old Diane Parry (STA 457). It was 6-1 and 6-3 in 1u25 for the Limburg on Court 14 in Paris.
