Hundreds of Formula 1 fans his Wednesday morning show in Vienna to say goodbye to triple world champion Niki Lauda. The Austrian died on may 20 at the age of 70.

The closed coffin of Lauda can Wednesday by the supporters will be greeted at st. stephen’s Cathedral, the cathedral where later in the day, an official ceremony will be held. Among others, reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton will be a large delegation from Mercedes, the renstal which Lauda was active, present signs. Also former F1-boss Bernie Ecclestone is expected, as well as some 300 other invited guests.

Niki Lauda is buried in a pilotenkostuum and his helmet on the coffin to be placed.
