Harvey Weinstein would be a settlement struck with the accusers, the former directors of The Weinstein Company and the attorney-general in New York. That reports the Wall Street Journal.
It would go to an amount of $ 44 million (39 million euros), of which 30 million goes to the victims, former employees and their lawyers. The remaining 14 million will be used to pay the legal costs for the former members of The Weinstein Company.
The deal would have been made to a lawsuit by the attorney-general, in which Weinstein and his former bestuurscollega accused to be a dangerous situation to have created for their staff.
