FC Den Bosch hopes that Willem van Hanegem (75) the trainer of the Brabantse club in the play-offs for promotion/relegation.
“William is Thursday approached and he said not directly, no”, says spokesman Esther Bal of FC Den Bosch, Friday at Omroep Brabant. “But William wanted to be the first team to see play football and that is why he is Friday night in Kerkrade to the team. Willem is now on.”
Van Hanegem was Friday night on the grandstand at the uitduel of FC Den Bosch at Roda JC (0-2 victory). He sat next to manager football cases Bert Ruijsch and clubicoon Wim van der Horst.
