Earlier in the day had Garcia (WTA-21) with a 6-7 (6/8), 6-3 and 6-4, the thumbs should lay on Halep (WTA-2), but made Pauline Parmentier (WTA-53), which is good by Irena-Camelia Begu (WTA 83) with 6-3, 2-6 and 6-2 to beat.
On 9 and 10 november, take the French, Belgium in the quarter-finals with 3-1 turned off in the finale in Australia. The Australians have qualified this weekend with a 3-2 victory against belarus. In the final, France has the home advantage.
Australia won the Fed Cup seven times, but the last victory dates back to 1974. The French tennissters won the Fed Cup two times, the last in 2003.
