The house in the American city of Beverly Hills has a surface area of around 1000 square metres. The house has five bedrooms, a professional kitchen, a cinema room, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen including a pizza oven.

Levine and Prinsloo bought the villa over a year ago for 35.5 million dollars (more than 31 million euros) and have a nice profit at the sale.
