Actress Sophie Turner, known for her role as Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, says for the past five years with a depression to struggle. That she says in a podcast with Dr. Phil, TMZ writes about.

The depression began when Turner was 17 years old, she says in the podcast. When she arrived in weight, there were comments made about it through social media. Also, she read how people criticism expressed on her acting. “Social media are a catalyst,” says the 22-year-old Turner. “I believed what was said, was timid of. I think also, that there is only worse by going to play.”

“The biggest challenge is to get out of bed,” says the actress. “And to yourself to learn to love it”. She tells them that she during the filming of Game of Thrones mainly teamed up with Maisie Williams, who in the series, her sister Arya is playing. “At the end of filming we pulled us back and we ate in bed. A social life had we not.”
