Bayern Munich wants to Oliver Kahn back to the club pick up

At Bayern Munich is in the future, an important role for Oliver Kahn. The former top keeper should be in the German recordkampioen long-term substitute Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the chairman of the board of directors.
In an interview with dpa confirms Uli Hoeness, the general chairman of Bayern, that he is negotiations with Kahn. “As it is now on the table, he returns to the club on 1 January 2020. We are currently carrying out concrete negotiations with Oliver,” explains Hoeness.
Kahn (49) is just as Hoeness (67) and Rummenigge (63) a former player of Bayern. He stood there between the posts from 1994 to 2008, and won the Champions League (in 2001) and eight league titles.
According to Hoeness is Kahn the right person to Rummenigge to follow when, who is stepping down. “I love the way Oliver after his spelerscarrière has addressed. He has become an excellent tv analyst, took courses in business management and founded a company,” explains Hoeness. “But there is no time pressure. Karl-Heinz has his contract as chairman extended until the end of 2021.”
