Aircraft carrier from world WAR ii 76 years after the Japanese attack found

On October 26, 1942 was the battle around the Santa Cruz islands in the Second world War held. That is one of the heaviest clashes in the battle for the island of Guadalcanal in the Pacific Ocean. On that day, the USS Hornet, an aircraft carrier of the US by Japan was bombed and sunk. Watch in the video above, the first images of the Hornet in 76 years.

At the beginning of this month was also a special fleet from the Second world War found on the seabed. Then it went to a submarine from the ‘lost fleet’ of Adolf Hitler in the Black Sea.
