Frenchman Christophe Laporte sets with gains in time trial the overall victory in etoile de Bessèges safe

Christophe Laporte (Cofidis) has the final stage in the etoile de Bessèges (Fra/2.1.) won. The Frenchman showed himself to be the fastest in a time trial is about 10.7 km and took it for the Tobias Ludvigson (Groupama-FDJ) in the same time stranded. Our compatriot Jimmy Janssens (Corendon-Circus) finished third on 13 count. Sep Vanmarcke was fifth in 18 seconds, Eliot Lietaer tenth in 32 seconds. The title also goes to Laporte that 16 seconds left on Ludvigsson.

It was an exciting time trial in Ales. Ludvigsson, winner in 2014, was already a while on the hotseat to Laporte, as the last start, yet he passed by, and the chrono 48 hundredths of a second faster finished and the victory medal.

Laporte follows on the hall of fame, Tony Gallopin. Last year, he finished even as a second. He returns home with not only the final ranking, victory in the time trial, but also with a sprintzege in the second stage.
