The lawyers of the inauguratiecomité of the American president Donald Trump have Monday a subpoena received from the federal prosecutors. According to the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, there are documents, asked about the donors and the expenditure of the committee.
The committee organised several events in the framework of the swearing-in of Trump in 2017, and pulled out a record amount of 107 million dollars from donors. The Wall Street Journal reported in december that federal prosecutors were investigating whether that money is well spent.

A spokeswoman for the committee said that the summons had arrived. “We are the summons even to the view, it is our intention to cooperate with the investigation,” she said, according to Reuters.
