British investigators from the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) Wednesday announced that on a French beach, some components may have been found of the aircraft of the missing Cardiff City striker Emiliano Sala.
Two parts of a chair-cushion are Monday washed up on a beach in Surtainville, a French coastal city, about 60 kilometers east of the British island of Guernsey.
“After an initial investigation, we have concluded that the pillows were probably from the missing plane,” reports the AAIB in a statement.
