Roeselare can’t stunt in Champions League volley: Russian Kazan is a bit too large

Roeselare is there this afternoon, not been able to stunt on the fourth day, in the Champons League volleyball. The Belgian vicekampioen went 3-1 down at the Russian Zenit Kazan, the youngest of four editions of the Champions League won. The match results were 20-25, 25-18, 25-18 and 25-20. For Kazan, it was already the 29th European victory in a row.

In the other match in group A of the Turkish capital, Ankara, and Frankfurt Wednesday against one another. After one victory and three defeats is Roeselare third in the group. The five group winners and the best three school years known as seconde qualify for the quarter-finals. Kazan leads with twelve points, Frankfurt has four, Roeselare three and Ankara two.
