The case of the Spanish rapper Valtònyc, who because of his controversial lyrics to three and a half years in prison was condemned and Belgium had fled, was again postponed, this time until the 28th of June. That has the Ghent chamber of incrimination to decide. The KI wait the answer of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg on two preliminary questions related to the penalties.
The Ghent department of the public prosecutor of East-Flanders had a European aanhoudingsmandaat for Josep Miquel Arenas, the actual name of Valtònyc.
