The British prince Philip on Thursday involved in a road traffic accident, as has Buckingham Palace announced. The 97-year-old husband of queen Elizabeth II remained unscathed.
The accident occurred near the country estate of Sandringham, which is owned by queen Elizabeth II.
According to the public broadcaster the BBC ran the duke of Edinburgh a Range Rover. That would, according to eyewitnesses on the head are gone. The prince was afterwards conscious, but very shocked. He is on the estate and had taken the precaution to visit a doctor, reported SkyNews.
Two people in the other vehicle were minor injuries and received care.
Traditionally, there is the British monarchs of the time around the turn of the year at Sandringham in the eastern English county of Norfolk. Also, to celebrate the royals there christmas and new year.
In 2017 was prince Philip retired, and pulled himself almost all the way back from public life .
