Stefano Okaka, the Italian ex-striker of Anderlecht, is by his club, Watford-let to Udinese until the end of this season. That was announced by the Italian club.
The 29-year-old Okaka makes his comeback in Italy. He left the Serie A in July 2015 for a one year passage at Anderlecht, which is about 3 million euro on the table put at Sampdoria. In Belgium, found Okaka 15 times touch and he provided three assists in 37 league games. Anderlecht ended the season in third place, after Club Brugge and AA Gent.
Then, the striker was transferred to Watford for around 6 million euros. He could, however, never break through. Okaka enjoying his training with AS Roma and defended afterwards, the colors of Modena, Brescia, Fulham, Bari, Parma, Spezia and Sampdoria. He played four times for the Italian national team and scored one time. At Udinese is Okaka as with Anderlecht, a team mate of the Dutch defender Bram Nuytinck. Also, the Pole Lukasz Teodorczyk, his successor at the Brussels, is now at Udinese to get started.
With the first half of the season behind them is Udinese 15th in the standings with 18 points, five points more than Bologna, that on a degradatieplaats. (belga)
