A blind woman has Beyoncés company Parkwood Entertainment sued. She claims that the website of the singer is not accessible for blind and visually impaired.
The woman, named Mary Conner, claims that this is the Americans With Disabilities Act exceeds, the law is intended to provide disabled Americans with equal rights to give to combat discrimination.
“The only real form of entertainment that a level playing field between blind and partially sighted people is the joy of music,” writes lawyer and Shaked in the indictment, which has been shared by The Hollywood Reporter.
