Former journalist and Radio 1 presenter Max van Weezel is terminally ill. He has, according to doctors yet, but a few months to live, he says in the VPRO-program The Marathoninterview on Radio 1.

The 67-year-old Van Weezel was this spring of pancreatic cancer is determined. He underwent urgent major surgery, and there followed months of chemotherapy. “Last week, I have been told that chemotherapy is not enough has worked. I am not better. According to doctors, I have another two to three months to live”, said Van Weezel.
