BK track cycling: Belgian titles for Fabio Van Den Bossche, Robbe Ghys and Lotte Kopecky

Fabio Van Den Bossche, Robbe Ghys and Lotte Kopecky have Saturday gold conquered on the Belgian track cycling championships in Ghent. Van Den Bossche won the dernykoers, Ghys scratch and Kopecky the omnium.

Van Den Bossche, got together with his father, Gunther Van Den Bossche on dernies as well the title for Bryan Boussaer (with Michel Vaarten) and Jules Hesters (with Eric Schoefs).

In the scratch was the War in the Flemish cycling centre Eddy Merckx at the blaarmeersen which offers faster than Van Den Bossche, Kilian Michiels picked up the bronze.

In the vrouwenomnium was Kopecky unapproachable. The 23-year-old Antwerp won three of the four items and was in the fourth second. With 168 points, she acquired 40 more than Gilke Croket. Shari Bossuyt was on 42 points in third.
