Castors Braine has Wednesday on the seventh match day of the group stage of the EuroLeague basketball for vrouwenteams a heavy 103-53 defeat suffered by russia’s Ekaterinburg, the team of Belgian Cat Emma Meesseman. It was for the Walloon-Brabant women the sixth defeat in seven matches in the EuroLeague. They remain shared second-to-last in group A.
Meesseman played at the home team 18 minutes (14 points, 4 rebounds). Her teamgenote Maria Vadeeva was the star of the night with 32 points. At Braine excelled Albina Razheva out with 15 points.
In the other match in group A won the Russian Orenburg with 67-51 of the Italian Schio.
